Ya estamos aquí, otro año más (la 11 temporada sobre las tablas!!) después de un buen mes de diciembre y principios de enero con mucha y buena nieve en casa estamos a las puertas de las primeras carreras importantes.
La preparación ya ha terminado con buenas sensaciones y un buen trabajo de volumen, aquí un repaso de las semanas desde que empecé la temporada el 28 de noviembre:
- 19h / 9400m+ entre Tignes y el Gran Paradisso
- 30,5h / 17500m+ en les Houches, con mucha nieve fresca, abriendo huella
- 24,75h / 16200m+ en les Houches, y el Campeonato de España de VR en Boí
- 28,25h / 23900m+ en Masella con la FEDME
- 28,15h / 20500m+ en les Houches, con nieve freca :-)
- 30,75h / 24000m+ en les Houches con nieve fresca
y esta tarda empieza el rodeo: para Austria a la primera carrera importante de la temporada, la Mountain Attack, para empalmar con los de España individuales, Copa del Mundo en Andorra, Europeos...tiempo de preparar maletas y funda de esquís!

We're here, another year (the 11th season on skis!) After a good month of December and early January with lots of good snow at home are at the gates of the first major races.
The preparation has been completed with good feelings and good volume work, here's an overview of the weeks since I started the season on November 28:
- 19h / 9400M + between Tignes and the Grand Paradisso
- 30.5 h / 17500m + in les Houches, with lots of fresh snow, opening track
- 24.75 h / 16200m + in Les Houches, and the Championship of Spain of VR in Boí
- 28.25 h / 23900m + in the FEDME Masella
- 28.15 h / 20500m + in Les Houches, snow Freca :-)
- 30.75 h / 24000m + in Les Houches with fresh snow
And this afternoon the rodeo begins: for Austria at the first race of the season, the Mountain Attack, to Spanish individual Champswith, Andorra World Cup, European Champs... time to prepare luggage and skis!!!!
